Becky worked for a financial planning firm in downtown Denver, but after 12 years, she longed for financial and personal freedom. That dream pushed her to go back to school and graduated with a Masters in Marketing. Becky then worked countless nights and weekends developing the perfect business plan and marketing strategy. In 2012, her blood, sweat, and occasional tear paid off and BDF Marketing Consultants was born.
Becky was fortunate enough to be able to assemble the perfect team who she knew would complement her and the company The S.M.A.R.T. Consultants (Strategic Marketing, Administrative, and Research Team) all come to the table with years of diverse experience and are all professional, intelligent, ethical, dedicated, and fun people.
Becky and Tim have been happily married since 2005 and have a daughter who is almost 6 years old. Becky enjoys animals, music, shopping, and the outdoors. Tim is responsible for BMC's financials and overall business operations. He comes to the table with a Masters in Health Administration and has 12 years experience working as a Nuclear Technician at a privately owned cardiovascular practice. Although his professional history has been in the health industry, he wore many hats and has working knowledge and experience in marketing, finance, and management.
Tim enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family. He is a huge sports enthusiast and favorite professional team is the New York Yankees. Tim also values continuing education and plans to further his pursuits regarding the business.

Shelly has nearly 18 years experience in administrative services and comes highly recommended. She has superb communication skills, is highly organized, pays attention to detail, and is a team builder and leader. While she isn't managing the caseload for several executives, Shelly is busy managing a household in north Kansas City. She was married in 2002, has a daughter, and two young boys who recently started playing sports. When not spending time with her family, Shelly enjoys time with girlfriends, working out, and when (and if!) time allows—catching up on recent news and television.
Design and Research Intern
Ashley came to BMC after working as Becky's assistant at a downtown Denver financial planning agency. Becky noticed her passion for art while the two started designing several graphic art and print projects. Ashley's future plans include obtaining degrees in business finance and graphic design. After graduation, Ashley will intern under Tim's direction and act as the company's Acounting Manager and Financial Consultant.
Ashley is a Colorado native. During her free time, you can find her traveling or in the mountains—snowboarding during winter and rock climbing in the summer. She also participates in a variety of sports—from volleyball and tennis to tubing down the Clear Creek River. She recently married and enjoys free time with her new husband and their dogs.
